What we process and why

What we do NOT process
- We do not record the call or the reaction to it.
- We do not clone the voices of real people.
- We do not sell or share data for third-party marketing.
- We use no advertising or analytics cookies — only a cookie remembering your language.
Legal basis
- Your data: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- The number we ring: performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in delivering the service (Art. 6(1)(f)). You confirm that it is your own number or the number of a household you belong to.
Who we share it with
- Twilio — placing the phone call (the number called, your number).
- ElevenLabs — creating the audio (the message text, no phone numbers).
- Stripe — payment.
- Vercel, Supabase — hosting and storage.
- Resend — sending emails.
Some of them process data outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Write to info@polyvero.eu. You can also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If someone used our service to call you
Write to info@polyvero.eu. We will block your number permanently within 24 hours and, if you ask, tell you who ordered the call.
