2. What you are buying
A single phone call to the number you enter when ordering. During the call we play an audio message that we create for you from your order, spoken by a synthetic character voice. It is not the voice of any real person and it is not a conversation — the character speaks, your child listens.
Delivery also includes the audio file (MP3) for download. You may use it for personal purposes, including posting it on social media. You may not resell or license it.
3. Price and payment
- The price is shown at checkout and is final. We are not VAT registered.
- All prices are charged in euro (EUR), also for customers outside the eurozone. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
- Payment is by card before delivery, through the Stripe payment gateway.
- Your card statement will show POLYVERO SRO. We receive the receipt by email.
4. How the call is delivered
- After payment we create the recording and email you a link to your order page.
- You start the call yourself, with the button on that page — so you can be next to your child and film the reaction. We never dial automatically.
- If nobody answers, the call is retried up to three times. If voicemail picks up, we hang up and leave no message.
- The call shows your own number as the caller if you verified it with us. Otherwise it comes from our number.
- We currently call numbers in the United Kingdom and Slovakia.
5. What you confirm when ordering
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will hear the call, that you will be present, and that the call will cause them no distress. Without that confirmation you cannot complete the order.
The service must not be used for:
- calling people you do not know,
- threats, intimidation, fraud, or extracting money or data,
- harassment by repeated calls,
- calling emergency lines, public authorities, medical or financial institutions.
If these rules are broken we cancel the order without refund and block the number. You are responsible for the details you enter.
6. We do not record the call
We record neither the call nor your child’s reaction. The recording we deliver contains only the synthetic character voice. Any reaction video is made by you, and we have no access to it.
7. Right of withdrawal
This is a digital service supplied immediately. When ordering you expressly agree that we begin supplying it before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw (Section 7(6)(l) of Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll.; for consumers in the United Kingdom, Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 has the same effect).
8. When something goes wrong
- If the call is not delivered after three attempts, you get a new slot free of charge or, on request, a full refund.
- If the recording does not match your order (wrong name, wrong details, unintelligible audio), we remake it free of charge or refund you.
- Send complaints to info@polyvero.eu. We confirm receipt and resolve them within 30 days.
9. If someone called you and you do not want it
Write to info@polyvero.eu and we will block your number permanently within 24 hours. You do not need to prove or explain anything.
10. Governing law and disputes
The seller is established in Slovakia and the contract is governed by Slovak law. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country of residence.
The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia). Consumers in the EU/EEA can also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
This is a working draft. Before selling abroad it has to be reviewed by a lawyer — especially the withdrawal, VAT and third-party data sections.
